In the last few years Ivan has founded and operated two Medical Research companies. Ivan believes in creating long term partnerships and maximizing gains for partnering physicians.

Rhea Sharma, Partner and COO, is a Biochemist and Microbiologist with an MPH in Clinical Research from England and Australia. She brings over 15 years of clinical trial experience across India, Australia, and the U.S. Rhea is known for her clinical operations skills which she drives with integrity and commitment to help expand access to research to diverse communities. She believes in building honest, lasting partnerships and delivering excellence in every trial.
